In late 2013, Crazy Go Nuts was founded by co-founders Courtney Carini and David Wolfe with 32 burlap sacks of uncracked walnuts. The inspiration came from an email Courtney received from her father, who had picked 1200 pounds of walnuts on his small farm in Lake County, CA. This led to the expansion of a family recipe dating back decades. After creating six more recipes through weeks of trial and error, Crazy Go Nuts was born!

They are steam pasteurized at 200 degrees F for 9 minutes, making them safe to consume. While refrigeration can extend shelf life, it's not necessary as long as they are stored in a cool, dark place.

Our Coconut Walnuts are a delicious snack with a natural coconut coating made from real coconut flakes, virgin coconut oil, coconut sugar, and a touch of cane sugar. We pride ourselves on using simple, recognizable ingredients without any added colors, fillers, preservatives, or corn syrup. In addition to Coconut, we offer other flavors such as Buffalo, Chocolate Espresso, Banana, Garlic Parmesan, Maple, Oatmeal Cookie, Sea Salt, Sweet & Spicy, Hawaiian BBQ, and Rosemary Pink Salt.

The walnuts we use are English walnuts, known for their high omega-3 ALA and antioxidant content. We source 100% of our walnuts from California, ensuring the freshest quality. Our products are manufactured in California, and we do not process any other nuts besides coconut for our coconut-flavored walnut snacks.
